Robinson Crusoe[a] (/ˈkruːsoʊ/) is a novel by Daniel Defoe, first distributed on 25 April 1719. The principal release credited the work's hero Robinson Crusoe as its writer, driving numerous perusers to accept he was a genuine individual and the book a travelog of genuine incidents.

Plot
